Enjoy the “Sometimes” Thanksgiving Day Feast, Smaller Portion Size The Rest…

November is a month where the “Vive tu Vida/Live your Life” Campaign encourages us all to “Eat Smaller Amounts“. We do so in the face of a national holiday that celebrates feasting. And that’s okay!  It’s just a good month to remind us that for all those other non-holiday days of the calendar, be mindful of what, and how much we put on our plate. And if we are eating out and have less control of gargantuan serving sizes, it’s a reminder for us to be mindful of how much we put in our mouths. Read up on this habit from the campaign website. There are even ways to make the holiday a little healthier to help set the norm for the rest of the year.
